| Who is Al-Moayad ?
Sheikh
Mohammad Bin Ali Al-Moayad , poor people father , was detained in
Germany …. Immediately he was accused of being affiliated to Al-Qaida.
"
My father payed no attention to what happens in Afghanistan and else
where . He focused and exerted all his efforts to feed needy and poor
people, instead" said his son Ibrahim.
Al-Moayad said constantly " poverty is the terrorism "
As
a six-year old boy , Al-Moayad came from his birth-village ,Bahran in
Khawlan tribe . He joind Sana'a Orphange School and completed his
preparatory and secondary school in Abdul Nasser School. Then he pursued
his studies at Sana'a university, Islamic studies Department .when he
moved to the new Alasbahi city, south of capital, there was no a mosque
there.
"My
father set the ground floor of our house as a mosque and the first
floor as a living apartment for our family" said Ibrahim, Al-moayad son.
Later
,the government had assigned a land for the mosque and was built with
collaboration of all good people . AL-Moayad managed then to make the
mosque a center for helping more than one thousand poor families within
the three branches .
Al-M0ayad
is well-know in Sana'a and other Yemeni cities because he was a
director general of sermons and guidance department at the Ministry of
Guidance and Endowments in which he assumed many posts , the latest was
as a councellor for the ministry .
"
The source of funding this project is that wheat comes from charity ,
during Ramadan , we collected a large amounts of money from mosque
because of the steady small amount given by charity partners , that
could not cover the salaries of workers " Al-Moyad's son said .
"He used to look for fund in all areas " Added he .
"
My father was afflected by asthma 14 years ago , diabetes 4 years ago
and south for treatment in everal hospitals in Sana'a such as AlGmhori
and Al-thawra hospital , said Zakria , Al-Moayad,s son .
Al-Moayad relatives said that his departure to Germany was in a official manner as treatment
Visa issued within knowledge of Guidence and Endowment Ministry as its councellor .
Al-Moayad,s son , Ibrahim demanded US and Germany to reconsider their charge against innocent people .

Saleh Al-Mahdi said " Al-Moayad is a benevolent man who helps the poor ,
I can attended his sermons that all state that Islam is a religion of
forgiveness and tolerance and he never called for offensives "
Meanwhile
,Mr Haza'a Al-Maswari who know Sheikh Al-Moayad well spoke about
Al-Moayad attitudes towards September 11 events " His attitudes towards
all terrorist vents occurred worldwide was clear for all , he denounced ,
condemn all those offensives described those who had carried them out
as having wrong thoughts and beliefs and their acts is for of Islam . He
also labeled September 11 attacks as criminal acts which distort Islam
and his tolerance and mercy "
"We
have always regarded him as a benevolent man and from his charitable
work , offering medicine , helping you this to get married and his
charitable bakery " Said Merzuh Yahya , one of 8 thousand citizens
benefits of Al-Moayad charitable bakery .
Ahmed
Saad Mosaed , the supervisor of the bakery said " The bakery has 3
branches . Hizyez-Alkafji and Alsafia branches . We distribute bread for
poor people at morning and evening , as well as , we distribute dates
in Ramadan and clothes in the two Eids ( two Islamic occations ) "
Mr.
Saleh Alfaki , resident of Alasbhi city , described Al-Moayad detention
as a catastrophe for the whole Zone adding " All people here say that
they saw Al-Moayad every where looking for cooperation and integration
among the residents of the city and helping its poor people "
Sheikh
Mohammad Al-Moayad is a virtuous man and one of moderate Islamic
scholars who contributed positively in improving living standards of
Alasbhi zone as well as helping the poor via his mosque and the
chartible Ihsan Center . " Said Dr Abdullah Alhamid, the former director
general at Algomhori hospital . " I am sure it is a fabricated charge
and as I treated him more than once , Sheikh Al-Moayad had allergies in
bronchium and had suffered asthma and diabetes "
Sheikh
Naji Al-Tahif , one of Marib Sheikh said "We know Al-Moayad as a famous
social figure ,hates thoughts of violence and terrorism and exerted all
his efforts to help more than 800 poor family and if he involved of
that of that fabricated charge , he would have not left to Germany to
seek treatment " .
